A New Hobby

I have recently learned how to felt and I have to say that i am enjoying this new medium! Felting is fun for me, and I am hoping that I will be able to make many a creation with it.
For those that don't know felting is the process in which you take wool and create it into felted objects and images. It involves an incredibly sharp and barbed needle, wool roving fiber, and any natural fabric or batting to adhere the fibers on top of, by multiple jabs of the needle. And yes, i have stuck my poor fingers, lol...

New Year, New List of Things To Do...

Yes, its a New Year, and I have a lot of things to do this year. We are hoping to buy a house for the first time. I have a lot of procrastination to overcome this year, mainly on what to create, and what to do with what I do create. I'm talking about polymer sculpting; my only problem with polymer clay is the odor of it, and some brands are softer than others. I might stick with Fimo. I also crochet original dolls and animals, so I have to decide which is the best route for me. Obviously it's faster to play with clay, but I like making things the old fashioned way. Anyway, I also am considering a comic strip, but I haven't decided on a theme
